With manufacturing in origin, the facilities are located in the town of Granollers, Barcelona, with more than 4,000m2 of plant that make up the factory, laboratory, warehouse and offices. With own laboratory 0(R&D), it is the place where all our products are born and where each and every one of the manufacturing processes carried out is controlled. In this way, it is possilbe to garantee the client maximun safety and quality of any process and product.

Facilities and processes
White Rooms
We work with clean rooms, in separate environments and controlled atmospheres that guarantee that throughout the manufacturing, production and handling process, the products are free of contaminants.
Manufacturing
Regarding manufacturing, we have 3 independent spaces, where each one is assigned to a specific family of products, which are manufactured with the most modern machinery.
Packing
In the packaging process, the area is adapted and prepared to be able to work with all types of labeling and marking.
Logistics
Regarding the logistics process, we use a picking system controlled by QR codes that eliminates the possibility of errors in shipping and facilitates data traceability between all products independently.
